COMMON BASE Hong-Chang 12V   Description on the linkage of base and detector The design of the base is for one-way barrier-free installation. As the detector turns to the linking place in a clockwise direction, do not apply any thrust. Just let it get in the linking place automatically, When it reaches the fixed point, the turning act is completed.   Descriptions on the functions of detector 1.Functions of detection0 When the detector is at a normal and ready situation, the LED flashes once every 4 ~ 6 seconds. In times of abnormal situation, such as the return circuit being cut or the detector malfunctioned and not working, ask the maintenance staff to observe the conditions of the detector visually. 2.Moveable alarm function of entrance light: Within a region( or in an apartment of a building) , install more than one detector with the function of R-end wiring. Connect either the R-end or the L-end of wire to a place( e.g. the entrance) that can be distinguished easily, and then install an LED. When the detector functions, the LED at the entrance will be turned on at the same time. It is good for the maintenance staff who can identify the location of the function region easily ( or it can be the source of signal) . 3.The external signal input way is fixed NO type or NC type.
